4th of July

We spent the 4th of July weekend out at Pelican Lake. We had fun going on pontoon rides and hanging out with the Vigen family. I even went swimming for the first time in the lake; it wasn't as clean as the pool, but I liked it!

We have had such a fun and busy summer-- filled with weekends at the lake, weddings and landscaping at home. I can't believe its half-way over. I am enjoying being outside, although I don't like the sunscreen that mom applies all the time! I am scooting all over... not quite the normal crawling, but pretty close. I am such a happy girl-- I sure make mommy and daddy smile! :)

Tim & Jenny's Wedding

On June 22nd, mommy and I made the long trek north to Buxton. We stayed there all week; it was filled with fun-filled activities getting ready for Tim & Jenny's wedding. For those of you who don't know them, Jenny is mommy's best friend. They live in Las Vegas now; we hadn't seen them since February when we went out there so it was fun to see them again. Daddy joined us on Wednesday. We spent the week going to bridal showers, swimming in Grandma & Grandpa Vigen's pool, going to the Newcomb's, and going to the wedding.

The wedding was so much fun; Jenny looked so beautiful! It was such a perfect day, with the exception of that hour and half that we had to sit under the Alerus Center bleachers for a tornado scare!

Mommy found me in a very interesting position one night at Grandma & Grandpas.... I didn't even make a peep! :)
