Bison Birthday!

Saturday marked Piper's second birthday!! It was also the first play-off game at the Fargodome for the Bison- so you know how we celebrated her birthday!! We had a tail-gate party at Molly's house before the game. It was so much fun; the kids had a blast playing. The game was even better-- a big bison win!

We cannot believe Piper is already two! Where has the time gone?? Piper really knows how to make us smile; from her cheering at the Bison games, or her night-- I love you too, or her counting (minus the number five)! She is sure precious!!

Ava is three and half weeks old; doing good! More alert during the day and just getting up a couple times at night. She was weighed last Wednesday- 8 pounds even!

Thanksgiving

We were off to Buxton for Thanksgiving; we went on Wednesday. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and a great weekend of celebration. A bison win and Piper's 2nd birthday!

We have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving-- two beautiful, healthy girls!!! Here are some pictures from the time in Buxton--

Piper helped Grandma Doris make pies; she was such a good helper! She rolled the dough, poked the holes in the crust and stirred the mix!

Piper coloring and eating carrots. OK, lets be honest-- not too many carrots were actually ate, but lots of dip dip!!

2 weeks

On Thursday marked 2 weeks for Ava. The time has sure gone by fast. She is growing, slowly but surely! We will go back to the doctor next week for another weight check. She had her two week visit on Tuesday as her doctor was out the rest of the week. Everything was in check, except she wasn't quite back to birth weight so we will check her again next week. She had grown 1/2 inch! Mom's not too worried as she has been eating so good this last week!

Slumber Party

On Friday we had a slumber party with Grandma Doris at Brent & Molly's house. Daddy and Grandpa went to the bison game, so we figured rather than being all alone we would keep Molly and the boys company. We had such a good time- the kids had fun playing and we managed to get the lefse done!

The three amigos in there matching jammies!

This is from the "dance party!"

Dancing... or wrestling??

Dancing away-- Piper found a new friend, Molly's cabbage patch doll, Shelly!

The kids really enjoyed making Ava festive-- our little elf!

Get down!

Another hat shot of Ava!

Yet another hat...

We went to see Santa on Saturday morning at Scheel's

Ava was the perfect lefse helper-- she slept the whole time!
