4th of July

We spent the 4th of July weekend out at Pelican Lake. We had fun going on pontoon rides and hanging out with the Vigen family. I even went swimming for the first time in the lake; it wasn't as clean as the pool, but I liked it!

We have had such a fun and busy summer-- filled with weekends at the lake, weddings and landscaping at home. I can't believe its half-way over. I am enjoying being outside, although I don't like the sunscreen that mom applies all the time! I am scooting all over... not quite the normal crawling, but pretty close. I am such a happy girl-- I sure make mommy and daddy smile! :)

HAPPY 4th of JULY!! My outfit that mommy got me last summer before I was born... it fit perfect!

Just picking the grass... I like to stick it in my mouth, which mom doesn't like too much!

Picking the grass again...

Waving the flag... how patriotic I am, even a tear!

I think I should be a "flag girl" for the Goldstar Marching Band... or not.. :)

All tuckered out... taking a nap on the pontoon... this seems to be a pattern this summer

Jake is holding the umbrella for me while I relax... I have him trained already!

What do you know... more grass!

Mommy and me floating on the lake

Playing on the pontoon

I am such a good girl!! (When there is no grass around)

Grandpa even let me drive!!

So happy!!

I love my exersaucer... I jump and jump and when I am done I get to play with all these toys!

Reading a book in the tub!

Now I am trying to eat my book!

I love bath time!

Hi Mommy!!!

Don't we both have lovely hats!!

Me and Grandma are the perfect pair... we both love to sit in the shade!

Jake is testing out my carseat!! Silly Jakey!

I was able to "swim" on my own!
