Ava had her 2 month well check today. Everything went well; she did great with her shots. It was harder on me as I ended up helping with them. She has grown quite a bit since her last appt. She is up to 11 # 3 ozs, which is in the 62nd percentile. She was 23 inches long, 75th percentile. I looked back on Piper's baby book and at 2 months she was almost the same- she was 11 # and 23 inches. (Daddy's books is here too-- he was 10 #11 oz and 23 in)
Ava is starting to smile a lot and has been busy talking to us-- lots of cooing! She is still a pretty mellow baby, gets upset at times when she is gassy! We are still getting up 2-3 times, I am hoping it is down to 1-2 when I go back to work! (Wishful thinking I know!)
Piper is doing well; she is almost officially potty trained! (She has been going potty for the last couple weeks, but didn't want to go poop-- she did today and we think we had the breakthrough as she realized it wasn't scary!!) We will be so thankful when we have just one in diapers! She gets so proud when she goes potty, it is so cute! We are so proud of her!
Our little photo shoot the other day didn't go quite as well as I hoped-- Ava got fussy in the end and was really squirmy!
