18 months!

I just turned 18 months last week, we went in for my check-up. Got some not so fun shots, but got to see mommy's friends at work. I weighed 23 # 7 oz. and was 32 inches long. I am in the 36th for weight percentile and almost 68th for height. I was very good for my visit!

I have been busy playing outside, going to the zoo, going for walks to the park, going to the lake and trying to keep up with mommy & daddy!

I am talking more... can say probably 50 or so words. I can say the sounds of several animals: cow, duck, puppy, sheep. I can name several body parts. I even know where to find mommy's baby! I am so smart! :) And the biggest news of all... I have went in the potty 4 times in the last couple days. Tonight, I even told mommy that I had to go potty and I did it. We were all so excited we laughed and sang a song! (I think mom and dad are excited to not pay for diapers!)

Trying gogurt for the first time... we kinda made a mess!

I love my little trike... except I can only go backwards... uh-oh, don't tell mommy I backed into her car!

Jace, the neighbor boy, gave me a ride on his gator... not so impressed for some reason....

Swimming in my new pool (with my sundress), as daddy is filling it up... with ice cold water from the hose... it felt so good... it was so hot out!!

I am going to like this pool...
