PJ loving girls!

 On most of our days off the girls end up in their jammies until soon before lunch time-- they love roaming around in their jammies.  Some times 1/2 of the jammies, as you will see by the pictures!!

Ava had here tear duct surgery last Friday-- she did so awesome!! Back to her sweet, loving self by lunch time!!

Piper thinks she is pretty cool that she can crawl into Ava's crib by herself... it only took 3 years to figure it out!

Easter

We had a great Easter Sunday.  The girls did great in church.  Piper didn't quite grasp the whole meaning of Easter; we tried to explain but everything was just so confusing for her...

She did however, like the Easter egg hunt.  The girls had a hunt at home and one at Grandma Bev's house.  Ava loved the jelly beans!!  Piper got a new bike, which she has been trying to figure out ever since!

Freezer Cooking

 Almost two weeks ago, during Saturday afternoon naptime, I made nearly a month's worth of meals.  I think I might be on to something for our family.  So far it has worked great, a majority of them are crockpot meals, so I either put it in before work or at lunch time and it is ready when we get home.  Which is great for my very hungry girls!! 

Easter Eggs

 A couple weeks ago, we were busy making Easter Eggs.  I ended up with 2 smurfs, as the girls were covered in blue dye.  (and as you will notice by the pictures, this was an early morning event as Piper is in her jammies and bed head, Ava is naked) Piper surprisingly liked eating the eggs, so that was her and daddy's special treat!
